All done, loved almost every every minute. I feel sharper, less stressed, more energetic, sleep better and thats before the 6 inches that have come off my waistline (37.5 to 31.5) and 7 kgs that I have dropped (85 to 78) Not much else to say as my wife, as is so often the case, has said it all. One last word, would be impossible to have done it without her, not for any cheesy reason, rather we both needed someone to bore to tears with diet/exercise tedious detail and anecdotes.
Patrick - you are a legend. PCP out.

Day 83 - wearing a bit thin
1hr 15m to do the exercises now - which means get home from work and start around 7.30 in the dark/damp misery of autumnal London. Caught a cold from the kids to really cheer me up. Might start skipping to the Smiths.

Day Nearly at The End: Seriaaaaass...
....gas issues. That'd be the 4 egg whites a day then...only taken a month to work out what it is. In which time the whole family is kitted out with chemical hazard suits. Getting a little bit sick of the skipping to be honest - just as the time cranks up I also find myself a late developer in speed skipping so its a double whammy on the number of jumps. Planter facilitis (sole of the foot knack in laymans speak) twinges. Plus my left knee makes a noise like bubble wrap popping on each pistol squat....which surely isn't right. Is 36 too old for this gig? Hell no... even DK'ed this weeks 1000 calorie offer of an indulgence in favour of steak/veg and a jacket spud (ok that is a still non-compliant meal esp with the glass of wine) but it was not as ordered to go completely off piste by commander P.
2 weeks to go.. and only now do i realise the power of the clean rather than incline pull up as demonstrated by that ripped adonis Roland R on day 46

Day 73 - Abject failure...
....of the muscles at the end of my reps. Its working a treat but I am needing my sleep like never before. Skipping in the morning now a must so that the intense multiple reps don't get rushed at the end of the day. I had one lapse this week - a few beers in Zurich at a summer party led to insane hunger pangs and then a very calorific loaf of brown bed, schnitzel, gherkins and cheese slob out at about 11.30pm before bed. Felt awful the next day and rued the vicious cycle of booze/bad food. Have been thinking a lot about post PCP this week and really can't see myself ever going back to the bad old ways of chocolate/pizza/wine in the evening at home etc. The hunger pangs from the early PCP days have completely gone and its a constant smooth plane of constant energy which rocks. Wish my bloody wife would stop baking cakes - that is the only torment (which i have been giving into occasionally) Got quite evangelical this week when i thought PCP had cured me of life-long colour blindness... the P burst that bubble with some rational scientific explanation on the weekly video though. Keratin, carrots, enhanced night-vision etc... Know it all.

Day 60 - back on track
Stubborn gut and @rse fat won't fark off. Must be the raisins i am pretending i am not eating every night. 30 days to go and they are out of the picture from here on in. Bought some 32 inch jeans today, well pleased with that... a bit tight when i sit down but it gives me something to aim for and unlike all previous optimistic clothes purchases i know i will be getting into these in 30 days. Loving the intensity of the exercises - highly recommend skipping to techno.
Good work Patrick. Very impressed with your handiwork 2/3rds of the way in & each week when i think you can't step it up you go and pull something else out of the hat. 7 sets of 12 incline pull ups was the thing that got me today....7! Gratuitous.

Day 45 - wierd science
Amazing how a few days of rubbish food (pretzels, egg mayo sarnies, m&ms, sauces on food etc) leads to weight addition and even more amazing how it drops off when you stop. Was actually craving the veggies and scrambled egg whites last night... Weight (despite Patrick's insistence that we don't, can anyone actually claim to not look at it daily?) back on trend after a few days of PCP normality. Is PCP the new norm in my mind.. i think it is. Feeling very positive about the second half and almost slightly disappointed that we only have another 45 days of personal discovery..
PCP H2 - bring it on. (although if we go any higher than 4x50 min planks I am not sure I can take it!)

Day 44 - every cloud...
Completely agree with Brent's analysis: a few beers leads to bad food. A week in NY with nights out every night saw me drinking to much & raiding the hotel mini-bar for M&Ms & then eating cookies/greasy sandwiches the next day to kill the hangover. There were some positives though -in this case two. 1) I still did my exercises every day 2) I was eating and drinking less than I usually would have done pre-PCP and still felt disgusted with myself - that much mean some long term psychological & physical changes have already been imprinted on the brain.
Might need three doses of the eight minute ab man today as penance...Trying to use as much of his lingo at work as well - hey gang, there yaaa go, right there, nice n easy etc

Day 37 - egg white paradise
Starting to feel very tired in the evenings & massively in need of at least 7-8 hours kip as the exercise step up is kicking in. Made the fatal dismissive error of seeing the new exercises and telling Sarah that the new bicycles looked like a piece of p1ss. How wrong I was. The hardest thing by a country mile we have done so far. Really pleased with progress tho. Not gonna mention any stats after Patrick's reprimand to whoever it was citing the weight/fat %ages etc on this weeks video! Seriously tho, the videos are excellent - a great personal touch, educational and really helps keeping us on track.
Highly recommend scrambled egg whites with a splash of rice vinegar and black pepper...taste sensation.

Day 30
Fark me, that is a step up and a half on the exercise front. Good tho, lots of burn to punish me for basically 2 days of big style lapsing last weekend - wedding followed by heavy night on golf tour (guiness, wine, stela, irish car bombs ....urrrgh) Weight continues to fall off & can only imagine that will continue now we are on the tremendously appealing veg, fruit and egg white dinners. Any tips on sprucing up an egg white to make it more interesting gratefully received.....

wheels off
After 3 weeks of saintly existence it seemed only fair to let our hair down at a wedding yesterday a little bit. The food was not too un-PCP but definitely overdid it on the booze. Skipping this morning with a hangover was the punishment - each landing each of the 1100 jumps felt like patrick was hitting the top of my head with a mallet.
Loving the new exercises - can see how the planks are going to start hurting tho.
Off for more PCP rule breaking activity on a 2 day golf jaunt with the lads...

Day 16 - RAINY BLOODY SUNDAY
Its chucking it down and freezing. Sods law after a delightful Friday seen from inside the office.
4kg down now and trousers feeling a lot less tight round the waist. So pleased I treated myself to my eldest sons half uneaten chocolate ice-cream cone at the (cold) fete yesterday and some salted pop-corn whilst being dragged along to watch Bridesmaids (which is actually very good) last night. Patrick, before you cut my carbs yet again as punishment it won't happen again, I promise.
Loving the exercise, even starting to feel not hungry almost all day. Its just the evenings now..need some ideas/distractions as that was my pre-PCP favourite time to continuously graze. Difficult habit to crack.
Excellent video I thought for the question threads - really useful to understand the thinking behind what we are doing.

Day 9 already
3kgs down...salty food absence meaning less water retained? Someone please explain.
Thank God the half portions are over. It did completely demonstrate that I was eating way too much and also not frequently enough. Have settled into this weeks food much better although it almost feels like eating too much for breakfast and could do with splitting that throughout the morning & having a later lunch. Must admit I have cheated with nuts and raisins especially after running to and from work (not sure if should be doing that every day or if we can modify diet to allow for the run calories burnt too Patrick ? 3.7 miles e/w, would prefer not to drop running cos it beats the train hands down but did feel exhausted with exercises on top by Thurs this week) Skipping much better now - cracked out 150 x 3 with no trips and then stumbled a bit on the last 150 yesterday.
Sleep is all over the place. Not sure if its body adjusting or something unrelated but I seem to be taking a while to drop off (vs pre PCP half a bottle of claret sedation technique) and then getting a deep 5 to 6 hours and being wide awake but still feeling tired later in the day, Interested to know if anyone else is being affected on sleep front.
Wonderful to feel less bloated, gassy and lethargic and the sugar cravings definitely do get better - I was seconds away from lifting a dairy milk bar from the vending machine on Thurs tho.
First night out this week - 3 separate sets of drinks (not popular - I gate-crashed all of them) on Thurs night - water at the first one, diet coke the second & third but no booze. Two cigarettes to stave off boredom and then home for day 7 skipping. Utterly surreal.

Day 4
Feeling a bit dizzy from the half portions. Patrick is right though, the cravings do seem to pass & get better each time you resist. 2kgs off already but that doesn't sound right so I reckon there must some water retention issues going on! Not sure I am going to be able to keep up the run to/from work every day once the exercise steps up. On the plus side, getting considerably better at skipping. Managed a whole 60 without tripping up this eve...
