Day 4

Feeling a bit dizzy from the half portions. Patrick is right though, the cravings do seem to pass & get better each time you resist. 2kgs off already but that doesn't sound right so I reckon there must some water retention issues going on! Not sure I am going to be able to keep up the run to/from work every day once the exercise steps up. On the plus side, getting considerably better at skipping. Managed a whole 60 without tripping up this eve...

  1. Yeah, the 2kgs is largely an illusion, we'll talk about why it happened soon! Good for you though Nathan for being so strict with yourself. Just a few more days till we get going for real!
